BRIDGET SAVILLE

My ceramics practice is strongly driven by intuition and exploring the physicality of working with clay. My attraction to clay as a medium is multi-faceted. Through functional-ware I am fascinated by the simplicity and humble nature of the vessel. I am drawn to items that are integral to our daily lives and interrogating how these items form part of our daily rhythms, our understanding of our own physicality and our interaction with the world around us.
